CARIA. Knidos. 2nd-1st centuries BC. AE (Bronze, 31 mm, 18.92 g, 12 h), Moschos, magistrate. Diademed and veiled bust of Demeter to right. Rev. ΚΝΙΔΙΩ[Ν] - ΜΟΣΧΟ[Σ] Nike advancing left, holding wreath in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder. HN online 1329. SNG Ashmolean 178. Extremely rare. Minor areas of weakness, otherwise, very fine.
